CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation charges apply to all packages above. 30% of package price for cancellations 10 to 24 days before departure. 50% of package price for cancellation 6 to 9 days before departure. no refund will be given for no show, or cancellations 5 days or less before.

TRANSPORTATION

Manado’s Sam Ratulangi airport has direct links with major cities in Indonesia such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Makassar and Balikpapan, and direct international fights from Singapore or Jakarta. Many fights you can select to Jakarta for transit. We advise that you choose Garuda Indonesia or Citilink as they will give you free checked baggage
for your 20Kgs dive gear! We will provide shuttle car from and to the airport. Within the city, public transportation takes the form of minibuses called mikrolet, metered taxis and Damri buses. Online App based or on-demand transportation not so very popular used in Manado, but its worth to try ! Rent car with diver also can be arranged in booking process.
